Following heavy rainfall in Dezful city, the Dez River overflowed and swept away the floating bridge installed on the river.

 According to FCNN, following heavy rain in northern Khuzestan and Lorestan province, especially in Dezful city, the Dez River has overflowed and parts of Dezful city located along the river have been submerged. Reports indicate that with the continued heavy rains in Dezful and the intensity of the water, the floating bridge installed on the Dez River, which was a place for vehicle traffic, has also been swept away. Also, the coastal road and parks around the river, including the famous "Ali Kaleh" park, have been flooded and submerged.
