Issuance of a deportation order and eleven years in prison for "Ayub Ghaibipour"

"Ayub Ghaibipourhajivor" was sentenced to eleven years in prison and exile by the Ahvaz Revolutionary Court.
Ayub Ghaibipour, born in 1994, was arrested by security forces in Ahvaz during the nationwide protests of 1401 and transferred to Sheiban Prison. He was released from Sheiban Prison on 24 Bahman 1402 after posting bail of 3 billion Tomans.
He was sentenced to ten years of imprisonment in Kerman Prison by the Ahvaz Revolutionary Court on charges of "intentional arson, destruction of public property, and propaganda against the regime." Ultimately, this sentence was overturned by the 20th Branch of the Supreme Court and referred to the same branch for retrial. Another example of the charges brought against him was the burning of a statue of Qassem Soleimani.
"Sajjad Chatersafid," Ayub Ghaibipour's defense lawyer, said in a statement: "Following the reversal of the Supreme Court's ruling and the referral of the case to the same branch, my client was sentenced by the Ahvaz Revolutionary Court to ten years of exile to Kerman Prison on the charge of Moharebeh, and to one year of imprisonment on the charge of propaganda against the regime. This verdict is subject to appeal." It should be noted that he was deprived of medical care throughout his detention.
After nearly two years since the start of nationwide protests, innocent people continue to be sentenced to heavy sentences by the Islamic Republic government on false charges of "propaganda against the regime" and "moharebeh" and in many cases, death sentences have been carried out on them. The sentences issued to the protesting Iranian people without any valid documents have led to widespread reactions around the world.
