Human Rights Sources: 10 Prisoners Executed in Rajai Shahr; Shaker Behrouzi "Consent"

Some human rights websites say that the death sentences of 10 prisoners have been carried out in Rajai Shahr Prison in Karaj.
The news agency of the Human Rights Activists in Iran, HRANA, wrote on Wednesday, July 29, that the execution of eight of these prisoners on charges of "murder", one on charges of "forcible sodomy", and another prisoner on charges of "rape" had been carried out.
Meanwhile, the Iranian Human Rights Organization announced on Thursday, July 29, that five of these prisoners, who had been sentenced to self-retribution on charges of "premeditated murder," were returned to prison after receiving a reprieve or consenting to plea bargains.
The human rights organization identified four of these prisoners as "Hamed Alaei, Iman Safavi, Ali Khan Badel, and Ali Khan Goldi," and wrote that these prisoners had previously been sentenced to death on charges of "rape" or "forcible sodomy."
However, HRANA says that the death sentence for Iman Safavi was issued and carried out on the charge of "forcible sodomy" and for Mehdi Khalgoldi on the charge of "forcible rape."
Shaker Behrouzi "responded"
The human rights organization "Hengaw", which had reported the sudden transfer of Shaker Behrouzi (Behrouz), a Kurdish political prisoner sentenced to death, to an unknown location, announced on Thursday that the prisoner had been transferred back to the political ward of Urmia Central Prison, and wrote that the plaintiffs in his case signed their official consent form in the presence of the Urmia court.
Confirming this news, the Kurdistan Human Rights Network, citing an informed source, wrote that the plaintiffs in the case, appearing at the official documents office in Silwaneh 84, Urmia, while withdrawing their complaint against him, have announced their complete and unconditional satisfaction with the case of Mr. Behrouzi (Behrouz).
The source added that this political prisoner sentenced to death was able to briefly talk to his family after being transferred to the political and ideological prisoners' ward.
The news of the transfer of this Kurdish political prisoner sentenced to death drew many reactions. Amnesty International, expressing concern about the possibility of this political prisoner being executed, had written on Twitter to Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, the leader of the Islamic Republic of Iran, calling on him to stop any plans to carry out this prisoner's sentence.
According to some human rights organizations, the death sentence of this Kurdish political prisoner, accused of murdering a member of the Revolutionary Guards named Mamel Mohammadi, was served on him in Urmia Central Prison in early October of last year after approval by Branch 31 of the Supreme Court.
Previously, Hengaw had announced that Dam's parents were forced to file a complaint under pressure from the IRGC's intelligence forces. However, according to this human rights organization, twelve people had testified that Shakir Behrouzi was in his village at the time of the murder.
