Media and doctors strongly criticize Trump's irresponsible behavior

One of Donald Trump's doctors at a military hospital has said that Trump appears unable to grasp the seriousness of the coronavirus. Trump's nightly "roundabout" has been met with fierce criticism, with critics calling it irresponsible behavior.

On the evening of Sunday, October 4, Trump got into a car to meet his supporters gathered around Walter Reed National Military Hospital, walked among them, and waved to them from the car window. The campaign move drew widespread criticism.

CNN called Donald Trump's behavior during the campaign "questionable," especially since he put the lives of the driver of the car and his "bodyguard" at risk.

Now, it is being said that the occupants of this car must go into quarantine for two weeks. The CNN commentator wrote that the duty of these agents is to protect the life of the president. But now it is the president of the United States who has put their lives in danger.

In addition, according to news published in the American media, Trump has apparently remained silent about the results of his first coronavirus test for some time, endangering the health of some White House staff and those with whom he came into contact after receiving a positive coronavirus test result.

“Promotional round and round”

Released images of Donald Trump's short car ride outside Walter Reed Military Hospital suggest that at least two other people were also in the car.

James Phillips, one of Trump's treating doctors at the aforementioned hospital, reacted to Donald Trump's behavior by posting a Twitter post and spoke about the endangerment of the lives of the officers in the car.

According to the doctor, the US President's car is not only bulletproof, but also resistant to chemical attack. This increases the risk of contracting coronavirus inside the car.

James Phillips continued his Twitter post: "They could get sick, they could even die. For this political theater. Because Trump has ordered them to risk their lives for this theater."

In addition, Trump's treating doctors have also stated that Donald Trump's action indicates that he is still unable to understand the seriousness of the risk of contracting the coronavirus.

Silence about the results of the coronavirus test

On Sunday, October 4, the Wall Street Journal published a report announcing Trump's silence about the positive result of his first coronavirus test.

It is said that on Thursday, October 1, Donald Trump's rapid coronavirus test result was positive. The Wall Street Journal wrote that despite the positive test result, Donald Trump did not make the news public; moreover, he appeared on the Fox News program.

On this television program, he announced that one of his colleagues had contracted the coronavirus, but announced that he was awaiting the results of his second coronavirus test, and thus, did not say anything about the results of his first test.

It was after the second test result was positive that Donald Trump officially announced his coronavirus infection in a Twitter post on Friday, October 2nd.

Not only have Trump's contradictory statements about the coronavirus and his medical advice on treating and preventing COVID-19 attracted much criticism in the United States, but his lack of attention to the seriousness of the risks posed by the disease has also drawn much criticism.

Among them is the September 26th White House Rose Garden nomination ceremony for Amy Barrett to the Supreme Court, which led to at least seven attendees contracting the coronavirus. At that event, guests ignored medical protocols, attended without masks and without social distancing.
