Telecommunications retirees gathered in at least 16 cities in Iran

Telecommunications workers gathered in at least 16 cities in Iran on Tuesday, July 11, to protest their living conditions.
These gatherings were held in Tehran, Khorramabad, Qazvin, Kermanshah, Kerman, Rasht, Shahrekord, Yazd, Arak, Ahvaz, Tabriz, Urmia, Javanroud, Bandar Abbas, Hamedan, and Shiraz.
The protesters protested, among other things, problems related to medical costs and delays in the payment of non-cash rations .
These retirees had previously protested the telecommunications company's evasion of responsibility in various provinces, but they did not receive a response from the company.
In recent years, retirees from various sectors, such as Social Security and the National Fund, have gathered to protest their living conditions.
