According to HRANA news agency, citing Rokna, a 50-year-old woman was murdered by her husband in west Tehran.
According to this report, on Tuesday, July 19, the discovery of the mutilated body of a young woman in the bathroom of her home in western Tehran was reported to the 110 police emergency center by her son.
Upon announcing this news, Mohammad Javad Shafiei, the special homicide investigator of Branch 5 of the Criminal Affairs Prosecutor's Office, and a team of detectives from the 10th Police Department went to the scene of the incident and began an initial investigation.
Investigations revealed that the victim was murdered by his wife due to excessive obsession and other disputes, and that the defendant, after committing the crime, dismembered his wife's body with a kitchen knife.
The suspect in the murder is still at large, and detectives from the 10th Police Department are trying to arrest him.
