His general condition is good in terms of vital signs and wound infection is under control, but his gastrointestinal, neurological and motor systems are in poor condition. He is still unable to sit or stand and must be bathed in bed.

The injuries to Meysam Pirflek's body are related to two very serious injuries. One is related to the artery under the pelvis, which doctors had to open up the abdomen and remove the intestines to close, which caused a very large wound in his abdomen. There is also another injury that was caused by three bullets hitting Meysam's waist, also from close range.

The infections that had developed in these wounds had reached his brain, causing a brain infection or meningitis, which was life-threatening for Meysam. Eliminating this infection required heavy expenses for the provision of meningitis-related antibiotics.

Now, according to the doctors' report, one of the bullets entered the sacral region (the lower part of the spine), causing serious damage to the nerves in that area. The 4th and 5th lumbar vertebrae were also fractured as a result of the bullet, taking away the ability to move in the legs from Maysam, so that he is not only unable to walk, but also unable to sit or stand.

Meysam Pirflek still needs multiple surgeries, but due to being under anesthesia 14 times, his body has become very weak and is not in the right condition to undergo another surgery.

These are the crimes of the Islamic Republic regime, which not only did not have mercy on her child, but also took away the ability to live from Meysam Pirfalk. A life that cannot sit, walk, stand, or even have a proper digestive system to eat food. In the past, the people of Iran likened themselves to the walking dead who do not have a proper life, but the agents of the Islamic Republic government have practically turned Meysam Pirfalk into a dead person who cannot even move.
