Security agents threatened and harassed the mother of Vahid Damour, one of those killed in November 2019.

The mother of Vahid Damour, one of the victims of November 2019, announced that security agents came to their home, took down all of Vahid's banners and posters, and also subjected the family to physical searches, harassment, and threats.
Mahnaz Karimi said in an Instagram interview with Masih Alinejad: "They went from the roof of the neighbor's house to the roof of our house and tore down the banner with Vahid's photo. They had been stationed in front of our house for about a week. My son Saeed asked the officers why they were standing here? There were two officers and they pointed a gun at my son. I told them you killed one of my sons, now you want to kill another one of my sons?"
He added: "They are also afraid of photos of the dead. Today we went to my child's grave for the anniversary. Plainclothes officers gathered around us and filmed us to see who our guests were. I am not afraid of them. They took my child from me. When we were returning from Vahid's grave, five or six cars stopped us on the highway, stopped us, and told us to give them our phones. They told Vahid's father and my daughter-in-law to give them their phones."
Vahid Damour's mother said about the blue ribbon, a symbol of justice: "The day they arrested me, they asked me what is this you are wearing? I said this is the blue ribbon, which is a symbol of justice. He cut it with scissors right there and then and told me not to hit you again or I will kill you. I said kill you. He said we will send you to prison, I said send you. What are you scaring me for?"
Vahid Damour, born in June 1989, was killed on November 16, 2019, in Karaj by a live bullet.
