"Ye Wan": Tomaje's release on bail is not a true and unconditional release

Regarding the conditional release of Tomaj Salehi, "Ye Wan" stated that release on bail is not real and unconditional freedom.

Famous rapper Tomaj Salehi has been released on bail after serving more than a year in prison. According to Tomaj's lawyer, Amir Raisian, he appealed to the Supreme Court, which overturned the verdict and returned the case to the Isfahan Revolutionary Court for retrial. The Supreme Court also announced that Tomaj could be eligible for a general amnesty while he was released on bail and the case was not closed.

"Ye Wan," a German MP who is the political sponsor of Tomaje Salehi, expressed his happiness over Tomaje's release on his "X" network and wrote: "Freedom on bail is not real and unconditional freedom. Until the Islamic Republic denies all charges against him, we will not stop fighting for him. We will not forget that he was innocently arrested, spent 10 months in solitary confinement, was tortured, and even his injuries were not treated."

Referring to the release of all political prisoners in Iran, Ye Wan continued: "Let us remember that all those imprisoned and killed by the Iranian regime are innocent."

According to the International Human Rights Campaign, one of Tomaje's relatives also said that if it weren't for the media and international pressure in the first days and weeks, Tomaje might not be alive today.
