A German intelligence report says Iran is still pursuing weapons of mass destruction.

According to Fox News, an intelligence report published in Germany says that Iran, Syria, North Korea, and Pakistan are continuing efforts to acquire weapons of mass destruction.

Fox News wrote on Tuesday, June 17, that the 181-page report is from the intelligence agency of Baden-Württemberg, a state in Germany.

Weapons of mass destruction include nuclear, chemical and biological weapons, and the Baden-Württemberg state report says the development of such weapons refers to efforts to produce and acquire the knowledge necessary to manufacture them or the systems for their use. Among the countries mentioned, North Korea and Pakistan already have nuclear weapons.

The US president has consistently criticized the Iran nuclear deal and the world powers. He withdrew from it, declaring that the deal would not prevent Iran from acquiring nuclear weapons and would not change the Islamic Republic's behavior in the region.
