"Ara Shavardian": We don't have real banks in the country

Ara Shavardian, a representative of Armenian Christians in the parliament, announced that banks in the country are not real.

Ara Shavardian, a representative of the Armenian Christians of the north of the country and a member of the Parliament's Economic Commission, tweeted on X-Net: "We do not have real banks in the country. The institutions called banks are investment companies that have been illegally given banking powers under the responsibility of the Central Bank."

According to an initial review, the resolution of the Supreme Council of the Stock Exchange and Securities was adopted to grant billions of rials in cheap loans to members of the organization's board of directors during the period between the conclusion of the 11th parliament and the formation of the 12th parliament, when new supervisory members had not been appointed. Separate trips.

He also emphasized that there is no real bank, continuing his statement by writing: "These institutions have been given banking powers such as attracting deposits and creating money."

The authority given to them by the Central Bank to attract public deposits has in many cases caused the public's capital in such institutions to be lost, but no body, especially the Central Bank, which gave these institutions banking authority, has defended the rights of the public, and in many cases, even their capital has not been returned.
