Political activist Abolfazl Ghadiani arrested

Abolfazl Ghadiani, an Iranian political activist, was arrested.
Morteza Ghadiani, his son, wrote on his Twitter page that Ghadiani's arrest warrant was issued by "Branch One of Evin Prison's Sentence Enforcement Department."
According to Ghadiani, during the arrest, "the behavior of one of the enforcement officers was very insulting."
Abolfazl Ghadiani, a close associate of Mir Hossein Mousavi, was sentenced last year to three years in prison and also for copying three books published about Ayatollah Khamenei, the leader of the Islamic Republic.
This year, a new case was opened against him by security agencies in the second branch of Evin Prison's investigation department.
Recently, after the murder of Alireza Shir Mohammad Ali in prison, Qadiani said: "As long as Khamenei remains in power as a dictator and as long as the institution of Velayat-e-Faqih (Guardianship of the Jurisprudence) is in place as an institution that sustains tyranny, unfortunately, such tragedies will continue to occur because the establishment of the rule of law is the same as the dismantling of the system of terror and terror."
