Lawyers and attorneys warn the judiciary about violating the protesters' case laws

A number of lawyers and attorneys sent a letter to the judiciary, warning seriously about the widespread violations of the laws in handling the protesters' cases.
During the news published regarding the execution of the death sentences of the defendants in the so-called "House of Isfahan" case, in addition to the reaction of the Iranian people and solidarity with their families, a number of lawyers and attorneys also reacted to all this injustice and issued a statement regarding the death sentences imposed on the defendants.
This statement was addressed to the Chief Justice of the Islamic Republic of Iran and the judges of the Supreme Court, and while issuing a serious warning about the widespread violation of existing laws in the process of handling the protesters' cases, they called for an immediate halt to the execution of all defendants, especially those in the so-called "House of Isfahan" case.
Part of this statement states that the process of prosecution, investigation, and sentencing of Saeed Yaqoubi, Saleh Mirhashemi, and Majid Kazemi (defendants in the Isfahan House case), as well as other convicts, was carried out illegally and fair trial standards were not observed in any of the cases.
While stating that the confessions of the defendants in the aforementioned case were obtained under severe torture, the lawyers stated: "These three prisoners did not have the right to access an independent and selected lawyer in the initial stages of the trial, and reports have been published of their torture and prolonged detention in solitary confinement."
Lawyers and attorneys also challenged the rulings issued by the judiciary regarding the Isfahan House case, writing: "The basis of the argument of the verdict approved by Branch 9 of the Supreme Court is based on the confessions and testimonies of the defendants in the case against each other, all of whom were reported to have been subjected to the most severe torture and were also changed at different stages of the trial. As a result, based on Articles 182 to 185 of the Islamic Penal Code, these reasons lack legal and judicial value. In addition, the testimony of the defendants in a case against each other has no legal validity and lacks probative value."
Other jurists and lawyers, including Marzieh Mohebbi, Hossein Raisi, Saeed Dehghan, Mohammad Aminrad, Mohammad Oliaeifard, Mohammad Moghimi, Mehrangiz Kar, Shirin Maleki, Nayreh Ansari, Moein Khazaeli, Sara Mohammadi Bayati, Qasem Badibinab, Hossein (Sina) Yousefi, and Amir Mehdipour, are among the signatories of this statement.
The above signatories also wrote regarding the forgery of some of the documents addressed to Mohseni Ejei: "The main reliance of the verdict is on the use of firearms to intimidate people, violate the physical integrity of individuals, and disrupt public order. However, no specialized expertise has been conducted on the weapons that were used as documentation for the issuance of the verdict for war, rebellion, and corruption on earth, and the relationship between the bullets and shells found at the crime scene, the weapons discovered, the killing of the victims, and their attribution to the defendants is questionable. Also, some of the main documents for issuing the verdict, including pictures of one of the convicts, are fake and fabricated weapons."
Lawyers who joined the defendants and their families in their legal case are trying to save the defendants from the execution of the death sentence, citing violations of the law and the creation of fake documents by judges and regime agents.
But will the issuance of this statement and the revelation of the truth cancel the execution of the sentences of the defendants in this case?
