Sending Masoud Beiranvand's death sentence to the Supreme Court

The death sentence of "Masoud Beiranvand" was sent to the Supreme Court for confirmation and execution.
Masoud Beiranvand, 43, from Borujerd, is a truck driver. In November of this year, while he was shopping for household items with his wife and only child, he was attacked by several plainclothes officers who attack people without reason. Masoud Beiranvand fought them alone to defend himself and his family, and after being beaten severely, he was arrested and subjected to physical and mental torture in prison.
The court had sentenced him to death on November 2 on charges of "moharebeh." He was charged with "moharebeh" solely for defending himself and his family from the repressive forces who attacked them with batons. His death sentence has now been sent to the Supreme Court for confirmation.
It is not unlikely that the Islamic Republic regime will execute Masoud Beiranvand even without the approval of the Supreme Court. The same thing it did to Majid Reza Rahnavard, executing him without the approval of the Supreme Court.
Every day, a new crime is added to the crimes of the Islamic Republic government, and many innocent heads are hanged by this regime.
The people of Borujerd declared to the government of the Islamic Republic: "Hand over Massoud to the people of Borujerd and his family. He is a one-man army, but we, the people of Borujerd, support him and will not allow him to be hanged like other young people."
