The repression of religious minorities in Iran continues unabated, and every day we witness the arrest of many Christian citizens by the military forces of the Islamic Republic, who are being held in security prisons, and no information about their fate is made available to their families.

According to the Voice of America news agency, three Christian citizens were arrested by security forces on May 8, 1402 AH. After 40 days of insecurity, it has now been revealed that all three of them are in a security ward in Evin Prison.

Hamid Hatami, director of the Persian branch of the Christian organization "Mehr", gives the details of the arrest and the latest news regarding the status of the three citizens as follows: "On Tuesday, May 19, we learned that simultaneously between 7 and 8 am, intelligence officers visited the homes of Zahra Heydari (Yalda), Razieh Kohzadi (Maral), and Shilan Avraminejad, arrested all three of them, and confiscated all their personal belongings, including books, laptops, and computers."

After weeks of silence, it has now been revealed that all three are in Evin Prison, awaiting the completion of their interrogation and their referral to court. After weeks of silence, their families learned of their presence in Evin Prison last week and had a very brief visit with them, noting their poor physical condition.

The aforementioned citizens and their families are deprived of the right to choose a lawyer, and they are prohibited from choosing a lawyer or hiring any lawyer, and they have also been deprived of having a hired lawyer.

No information is available yet regarding the charges brought against the individuals and their fate.
