Iran News

The public boycott of Mihan Company led to the name change of Mihan to Bernard.

The people of Iran have been boycotting the purchase of Mihan products for some time, and this caused the Mihan company to change its name to Bernard.

A news story from October 9 of this year was published on social media about the cooperation of Mihan Company's cargo trucks with security forces. The news claimed that Mihan Company had deployed and transported plainclothes special forces and IRGC security forces in its trucks. The reason for transporting security officers in these trucks was to avoid suspicion.

In three cases, including the attack by plainclothes security officers on Sharif University, the attack on Razavi University of Mashhad, and the gathering of families of detainees in front of Evin Prison, Mihan Company vehicles were seen near these locations.

According to popular opinion, the owner of Mihan Company has been using rent and power lobbying to expand his business for years. But today, we the people are vigilant and awake and we declare that companies that have cooperated with the Islamic Republic regime so far - especially food companies, which are the economic strength of a country - must pay the price, and we are expressing our protest against this cooperation by boycotting their products.

The Iranian people also declared that we should have had this alliance for boycotts in advance and boycotted other food items such as chicken, rice, meat, and dairy products.

Several million internet jobs have been lost during this time. The boycott of Mihan Company is not very important. Even Digikala, which is an online shop, was added to this boycott, and we will continue these sanctions.

As for the Mihan Company, whose products are said to have been boycotted by the public, in a controversial video that has gone viral on social media, it is trying to break this boycott.

Other videos that have gone viral on social media show that the company has changed the name of its products from Mihan to Bernard and is selling them.

In Lorestan province, it was also announced that the Mihan Company had distributed gift cards to shopkeepers to persuade them to buy from the Mihan Company. The people who had boycotted the company announced that our not buying from this company had a good result and that the Islamic Republic and its affiliated companies want to continue to deceive people with money to buy products from this company. We say no to the Islamic Republic and the Mihan Company, and long live the victory and freedom of Iran.
