Organ removal of protesters who are killed

Reports published by people on social media indicate that protesters killed by the Islamic Republic government had their body parts removed and buried secretly without the knowledge of their families.
Videos and photos published on social media indicate that the Islamic Republic government not only massacres Iranians, but also removes their body parts after arresting and killing them, then buries their bodies at night without informing their families.
Dr. Hessam Nozari also released a video to report this terrible tragedy. In this video, he says: "These reports have been published regularly and are not fantasy. Selling body parts to European countries, not to China and Russia. There are many reports, and if you pay attention, many of the people who have been buried are placed in plastic. The Revolutionary Guards are also reluctant to let families see the bodies. There are many stitches on the bodies, and this is because doctors have removed the internal organs and sold them to European countries. If you see that they do not want anyone to attend the funeral, it is because they do not want anyone to realize that there is nothing left inside these bodies. Even minors are mentioned in these reports, especially in the case of protest veterans such as Nika, Hamed Salahshour, and Navid, who have had their body parts removed. "That's why, after the body is delivered, it is completely covered in plastic and they are looking for the families until the burial so that no one notices this."
Dr. Hessam Nozari continued his speech: "My words are directed at the doctors who have given their expertise to these criminals. In the history of humanity, no country has ever witnessed a crime on this scale, removing body parts for sale. The body parts of our minors, teenagers and young people, those who are in prisons and those who are executed. Doctors who cooperate with these criminals should know that they will be identified."
Another video of Hamed Salahshur's funeral that was posted on social media shows that Hamed Salahshur's body also has stitches on it after being tortured and killed, indicating that his body parts were removed.
"Reza Dehboyd," a 29-year-old from Sari, also suffered the same fate. He was contacted by the Intelligence Service and taken to the Intelligence Service to explain some issues, and after a few days, his body was left in a hospital in a gruesome manner, with signs of torture on it. In addition to the signs of torture, stitches can also be seen on his chest.

Where will the Islamic Republic regime flee to with these crimes, the number of which is increasing every day?
