Continued detention and lack of information about the status of "Dana Lanjabadi"

The arrest of civil activist Dana Lanjabadi has continued after thirteen days, and her family is unaware of her condition.

"Dana Lanjabadi," a civil activist from Marivan, was arrested by security forces in Marivan on March 1, 1402, and two days later, the Marivan Public and Revolutionary Prosecutor's Office issued her a one-month arrest warrant on charges of propaganda against the regime.

Dana Lanjabadi was sentenced to one year in prison by the Marivan Revolutionary Court on charges of "propaganda against the system" and to eight months in prison and 50 lashes on charges of "disturbing public order." Due to pressure from the Intelligence Department, she was also denied the opportunity to continue her studies at Payam Noor University in Marivan. Now, without providing any judicial papers, she has been arrested by the Intelligence Department and transferred to the institution's security detention center.

According to published reports, after thirteen days of his arrest and his family's follow-up with judicial and security authorities, relevant authorities have refused to provide a clear answer regarding his status, charges, and fate.

It should be noted that since her arrest, Dana Lanjabadi has not only been deprived of the opportunity to contact her family, but has also been denied access to a lawyer.

After 13 days of Mr. Lanjabadi's arrest, uncertainty and lack of information about his condition have left his family and relatives worried.
