According to FCNN, Judge Hosseini, head of the Judicial Complex for Government Employees, while explaining the latest status of the case of Saeed Mortazavi, former CEO of the Social Security Organization, stated: "This case was returned to the prosecution in January of last year due to investigative deficiencies and has not yet been returned from the prosecution to the Judicial Complex for Government Employees."
He added: "The case of the former CEO of the Social Security Organization will be referred to this complex after the deficiencies are resolved and will be reviewed again."
The hearings on the charges against Saeed Mortazavi, the former CEO of the Social Security Organization, were heard over three sessions in January of last year at Branch 1057 of the Government Employees Judicial Complex. After the third hearing, the case was returned to the prosecution due to investigative deficiencies.
