Domestic violence: Murder of a woman by her husband in Piranshahr

About two weeks ago, a woman in Piranshahr was beaten by her husband and became brain dead. Her death was confirmed by hospital medical staff on Monday, November 25.

According to HRANA news agency, citing Mokrian, a woman from the village of Silwa named Gulala Dahar, who had been beaten by her husband some time ago and had suffered brain death, passed away on Monday, November 2, 2021, after two weeks of medical care.

The report, citing an informed source, said that the victim's wife fled after the man's death.

According to this report, Gulala Dahar's organs were donated after her death with the consent of her family.
