The Fars Justice Department's public relations department said in this regard: "This citizen is the plaintiff in a fraud case, in which one of the defendants was sentenced to seven years in prison, and the other defendant was acquitted of the charges after going through the investigation process."
The deputy judicial officer and head of the appeal courts of Fars province also said in this regard: "Following the investigation process, the court's verdict against one of the defendants in the case has become final and is in the execution stage." He also claimed that the acquittal of the second defendant in the case did not negate the plaintiff's rights.
