The unveiling of the Iran Prosperity Project was held yesterday, Wednesday, April 30, at the "Nofadi" conference, with speeches by Prince Pahlavi, Princess Noor Pahlavi, and other experts and researchers. The conference presented opinions and studies related to the importance, feasibility, and axes of Iran's reconstruction projects in the transition period after the Islamic Republic.

The ten important principles emphasized in the aforementioned project for economic prosperity in Iran are:

  1. Empowering people to make economic decisions based on their interests
  2. Ensuring that the government creates opportunities for economic growth, not obstacles
  3. Promoting policies that reward innovation, responsibility, and entrepreneurship
  4.  Guarantee and respect for private property rights
  5.  Leaving economic transactions to market mechanisms, wherever possible.
  6.  Removing obstacles for domestic entrepreneurs and creating a favorable environment for business
  7.  Establish an independent central bank to curb inflation and ensure financial discipline.
  8.  Removing barriers to women's participation in the labor market
  9.  Driving growth through human capital development and technological advancement

10. Returning Iran to the global economy and gaining trust for investment and trade

This project is also divided into three phases, as follows:

Phase 1: Focus on financial and social stability in the first 100 days after the collapse of the regime, including: setting a temporary budget, stabilizing the currency system and financial systems.

Phase 2: Addressing political and legal stability during the transition period, including drafting a new constitution and establishing democratic institutions.
Phase 3: Focus on long-term economic reconstruction and providing domestic and foreign investment opportunities.

According to the speeches of researchers, experts, and writers who collaborated on this project, this project includes many studies and researches in the fields of economy, health, wellness, and social infrastructure needed to advance Iran towards prosperity and prosperity.

Speakers in various sections emphasized that the Iran Prosperity Project is a roadmap for the reconstruction and revival of Iran after the Islamic Republic, and announced that the project is part of Prince Pahlavi's five-point plan for victory and after the people's victory over the Islamic Republic.

Prince Reza Pahlavi was the main speaker at this conference, the full text of his speech is below:

"Ladies and gentlemen, distinguished guests, dear compatriots.

It is with great honor that I welcome you today to the unveiling of the “Iranian Prosperity Project” and its first batch of articles. I stand before you not only with hope for the future of our homeland, but also with pride in the tremendous work that has been done to realize this vision.

For a long time, conferences have been held and passed about the future of Iran, often with beautiful words but little and fruitless content. Today is different. Today we are gathered here not just to talk but to present real work and a plan, to present the result of months of careful research, planning and dedication of a team of some of the brightest minds of the Iranian elite, gathered for a common goal: the rebirth of Iran .

This is a project built not on slogans, but on solutions. Not on vague promises, but on precise plans. Every article and every proposal is a step towards a free, stable, and prosperous Iran. And most importantly, this is not the end, this is just the beginning.

Today, we are unveiling the first batch of articles. But these documents are living, breathing documents. They are open to expert feedback, ideas, and improvements. We invite Iranian experts from all walks of life to contribute to this journey, to refine, strengthen, and refine these programs so that we can all move this project forward together.

We all know that the regime in Iran today is weak, weaker than ever. It has maintained its power not through legitimacy, but through fear and violence. It is this weakness and fragility that should prepare us, because when the moment of change comes, it will not be enough to celebrate the end of tyranny, but to be ready to build the nation.

At the invitation of my compatriots, I have stepped forward to lead the transition period following the fall of the Islamic Republic. By accepting this task, I have stepped forward not only to lead Iran towards democracy, but also to restore prosperity and well-being to our country.
Today, by unveiling the first group of the "Iranian Prosperity Project," I am presenting an economic roadmap, a plan so that from day one, we can begin the work of rebuilding Iran; a strong, free, more prosperous Iran than ever.

Make no mistake, our first goal is to restore prosperity and dignity to the Iranian people. But there is also a message for the world: a free Iran is ready to cooperate and engage in trade, not through empty promises from this corrupt regime, not through short-term deals that enrich dictators, but through creating real opportunities, opportunities to invest, opportunities to participate, and opportunities to succeed in rebuilding a vibrant and democratic country. This is the only real path forward for Iran and for all who want to be part of its future.

I thank all of you for being here today, and I thank all those who have worked tirelessly to make this project a reality, especially Nofdi and the architects, writers, and management team of the Iran Prosperity Project.

Princess Noor Pahlavi was also one of the speakers at the conference, speaking about the crisis in Iran's health sector, human rights, and human dignity. The full text of Noor Pahlavi's speech is as follows:

"I have been working in the health sector in the United States for several years. Health care is not only a policy, but also a human right, and it reflects and expresses how much we as a nation value the dignity and well-being of our people, and in Iran, a future built on freedom, justice, and equal opportunity, we must ensure and guarantee that all Iranians, regardless of income level or background, have access to quality, humane health care and the ability to pay for it."

All this while in Iran today, the healthcare structure is in deep financial and moral crises, and while the government is shirking its most basic responsibilities, ordinary people are breaking their backs under the burden of rising healthcare costs.

The Iranian people, who receive few services in exchange for paying high insurance costs, are trapped in a system that is not only not based on merit and compassion, but is also based on mismanagement, neglect, and corruption.

Out-of-pocket payments account for about 40 percent of healthcare costs, the highest in the region, and this share is expected to rise. This means that millions of Iranians could face financial ruin if they contract a single illness.

Also, the lack of access to hundreds of essential medicines, including life-saving items for the treatment of cancer and rare diseases, has become a bitter reality. The Islamic Republic is not even able to provide medicines in an efficient and unmediated manner and has failed in the supply chain and distribution of medicines. As a result, counterfeit and unauthorized medicines have taken over the black market, endangering countless lives and forcing patients to gamble with their lives to survive. Parents are forced to make an impossible choice between providing their child with medicine or meeting their basic needs.

Cancer patients are avoiding chemotherapy because of a shortage of needed drugs on the market or, worse, because of financial incapacity. Grandparents are rationing their heart medications and halving the dosage to last an extra month.

In Iran today, illness is synonymous with bankruptcy. The Islamic Republic has abandoned the people in the face of this crisis. This is not just bankruptcy or a lack of funding, this is betrayal. This is not the result of sanctions, but because of the ideological priorities of the Islamic Republic and its war on the Iranian people.

That is why I am glad that the Iran Prosperity Project has put this crisis on its agenda as one of its first working groups. The Iran Prosperity Project's Economic and Social Stabilization Group offers an informed, academic, and reality-based perspective on rebuilding Iran.

The plan addresses the consequences of decades of inequality, mismanagement, and neglect in the Islamic Republic. It addresses Iran’s complex demographic and economic challenges, including an aging population that is straining public finances, and proposes bold and creative reforms based on successful global models.

As we prepare for a prosperous and democratic Iran, we must remember the vision and goal that my father has been presenting for decades: that freedom is not just an abstract concept, but freedom means the ability to raise a child without fear of preventable diseases, the peace of mind that your treatment will not bankrupt your family, the belief that the government exists to serve and care for the people, not the other way around. To achieve this model, we need regime change in Iran, but sustainability in this change requires the economic programs that are being unveiled today by the “Iranian Prosperity Project.”

Let us never forget that healthcare is a human issue, and behind every statistic, there is a real person: mothers, fathers, and children who deserve human dignity without fear of financial ruin due to illness.
"Reforming Iran's healthcare system is not only a political issue, but also a challenge and a national necessity. Success in this will send an important message to the world that a modern Iran values all citizens based on justice, life, and prosperity."
