Mohammad Hossein Sepehri, a protesting teacher from Mashhad who participated in the November teachers' rally at the invitation of the Coordination Council of Teachers' Unions, was sentenced to six months' suspension from service.
In the verdict of the preliminary board investigating administrative violations of education employees in Khorasan Razavi, the text of which was published by Mr. Sepehri on his Twitter account on Sunday, March 9, he was accused of participating in an illegal gathering, leaving his workplace during office hours, and insulting the Leader of the Islamic Republic.
