Three young Iranians named in Time magazine's list of 100 most influential people of the year

Three young Iranians were named as influential figures of the year in the Time 100 magazine list.

The Time 100 is an annual list of the 100 most influential people in the world, selected and published by Time magazine since 2004. The list was first published in 1999 when Time magazine introduced the 100 most influential people of the 21st century, and due to its popularity, it decided to publish it annually in 2004.

This list is published exactly once a year and introduces and publishes the names of 100 people who have been very influential in the world that year.

Now, as is the custom every year, Time Magazine has introduced the names of the top 100 most influential people of the year. The magazine has named three young Iranians in its list, which is perhaps unprecedented. "Shervin Hajipour", "Niloufar Hamedi" and "Elahe Mohammadi" are the young people whom Time Magazine has named as the most influential people of 2023 and included their names in the list.

The name of Shervin Hajipour, an Iranian singer who won a Grammy Award for the song "For", was listed in the "Artists" section of the list, and the names of Niloufar Hamedi and Elahe Mohammadi, journalists who were arrested, were listed in the "Pioneers" section.
