Hacked "Judiciary Letter" about Mahsa Amini; "Her head was hit by a table in a fight with officers"

The "Justice Ali" hacking group says it has obtained a document that provides a new account of Mahsa Amini's death in the custody of the Ershad patrol.
The content of this document is related to the initial investigation by Ali Emraei, Assistant Prosecutor of Branch 5 of the 38th District Prosecutor's Office, into the death of Mahsa Amini, which mentions "her head hitting the table" as a result of a struggle with the Ershad patrol officers. According to one of Mahsa Amini's companions, in the Ershad patrol car, Mahsa Amini "expressed discomfort from the blow to the head and the bleeding from the head, and constantly cried and asked for her mobile phone, which was ignored by the officers."
The "Justice Ali" hacking group published this document on Wednesday, October 26. Radio Farda cannot independently verify the authenticity of this document.
This letter, addressed to the head of the 38th Prosecutor's Office dealing with "moral security crimes," presents a report on the initial investigation up to September 13 regarding Mahsa Amini's arrest, coma, and hospitalization at Kasra Hospital.
Mahsa Amini's arrest process
This document explains the process of arresting Mahsa (Zina) Amini as follows: Three patrol teams were stationed in the vicinity of Shahid Haqqani Metro Station, and one of these teams, led by Captain Rafiei, took action against three girls and a boy.
The document states that "Captain Rafiei" and a female officer named "Ms. Safari" stopped the three girls and a boy, and "during the investigation, it was determined that the three girls were cousins and that the boy accompanying them was the brother of one of the girls."
This report refers to Mahsa Amini's brother, who tried to prevent his sister's arrest, but was confronted by officers.
The report in this document also states that among these young people, the agents ultimately take only Mahsa Amini with them to the Moral Security Police headquarters, and this is done by "First Sergeant Khoshnam and Ms. Hosseini."
The document adds that "three people were transferred to the aforementioned Vana vehicle before Ms. Mahsa Amini and three after her."
Mahsa Amini's "Head-on Collision" with "Streetside Table"
In his letter to the head of the 38th Prosecutor's Office, Ali Emraei, referring to the Greater Tehran Police Command's investigation of all the people present at the place where Mahsa Amini was arrested, wrote: All the people "emphasized" that the behavior of the patrol called Ershad, who "are always stationed in the same place, is sometimes inappropriate and there are many tensions between them and the people, which sometimes lead to physical confrontations due to the incitement of prejudices."
Referring to the case of Mahsa Amini, it is stated: "Regarding the above-mentioned person, some stated that on the same day and at the same time (Tuesday, September 12, 1401 at around 6:30 PM) they observed a young woman resisting being transferred to a Vana vehicle, and as a result of the struggle, her head hit the curb."
Another part of the letter, describing how the detainees were transferred to the headquarters of the "Moral Security Police" at around 19:15 for "training in observing the hijab," states: "A large gathering takes place among the transferred people, who were in large numbers, when suddenly one of the girls in the hall, Ms. Mahsa Amini, faints. After a few minutes, the emergency services arrive at the scene and announce that she has died, which leads to chaos in the hall, a lot of noise, and even a fight between the officers and the people present."
The letter adds that "the unconscious person will eventually be transported to the hospital for resuscitation and treatment."
In this letter, the deputy prosecutor of Branch 5 of the District 38 Prosecutor's Office referred to his investigations into the inspection of the Greater Tehran Police Commander and the people who were arrested with Mahsa Amini, saying: "One of these people stated that the deceased spoke to him in the Vana car and expressed his discomfort over the blow to the head and the bleeding from the head, and constantly cried and asked for his mobile phone, which was ignored by the officers."
In conclusion, Ali Emraei emphasized the "special impact" of this issue on public opinion and demanded that "the continuation of the case should be decided by the authorities, taking into account all its aspects."
Mahsa Amini, a 22-year-old girl from Saqqez, who had traveled to Tehran with her family to visit relatives, suffered brain death after being arrested by Ershad Patrol officers and transferred to the Moral Security Police Detention Center on Vazra Street.
Eyewitnesses and a number of independent doctors who have viewed his brain CT scan report injuries and the presence of blood in the lungs caused by a severe blow to the head.
However, Islamic Republic officials have consistently spoken of the existence of "documentation" proving Mahsa Amini's "underlying illness" in order to deny the allegations of her beating by officers, but this documentation has not yet been made available to the media.
Despite Mahsa Amini's father's insistence that his daughter did not suffer from any "underlying illness," a member of the Parliament's Health and Medical Commission claimed that she had a hormonal disorder, "insipid diabetes," and "brain surgery" as a child.
