Two Iranian Social Security Organization officials killed in car accident

During a visit by senior officials from the Ministry of Labor, Cooperatives and Social Welfare to Golestan Province, one of the group's vehicles was involved in a fatal traffic accident. The car of Taghi Nourbakhsh, CEO of the Social Security Organization of Iran, was involved in an accident in Golestan Province on Thursday evening, November 15, resulting in the deaths of Taghi Nourbakhsh and Abdolrahman Tajeddin, parliamentary deputy of the Social Security Organization.
According to ISNA, the Iranian Students News Agency, Mojtaba Khalidi, spokesman for the Iranian Emergency Organization, wrote about this: "A Toyota Land Cruiser has collided with a fuel truck in Golestan Province."
Ali Yazerloo, the public relations director of the Golestan Governorate, also explained that the vehicle carrying Taghi Nourbakhsh, the head of the Social Security Organization, collided with a truck at the beginning of the western entrance to Gorgan (Shasatkalate) and overturned.
Amir Hassan Mousavi, head of Hakim Jorjani Hospital in Gorgan, said that the injured had suffered severe injuries.
Tasnim News Agency reported that Mohammad Shariatmadari, Minister of Cooperatives, Labor and Social Welfare, and Seyyed Manaf Hashemi, Governor of Golestan, were present at Hakim Jorjani Hospital in Gorgan to follow up on the condition of the injured in the incident.
Mojtaba Khalidi, spokesman for Iran's Emergency Organization, said that the condition of Khalil Hanif, the director general of provincial affairs at the Ministry of Labor, who was the driver of the car, is also reported to be critical.
