Clementine Otan called the execution of Mohammad Mehdi Karami a disgrace

French MP Clementine Haut-Tan has expressed her concern over the execution of Mohammad Mehdi Karami, calling it a disgrace.

French MP Clementine Haut-Tan, who had taken on the political sponsorship of Mohammad Mehdi Karami, wrote on her Twitter page last night: "According to the information I have received, they are planning to execute my adopted son Mohammad Mehdi Karami on Tuesday, December 10. This is an absolute disgrace. France must immediately stop the execution of Iranian dissidents with every means at its disposal."

Mohammad Mehdi Karami was sentenced to death during the protests on charges of "corruption on earth" and involvement in the murder of a Basij member.

When the Islamic Republic regime, despite the fact that a number of parliamentarians in various countries have taken on the political guaranty of individuals sentenced to death, still proceeds to execute the sentences, it means that the lives of the remaining individuals who have been sentenced to death are still in danger.

Will the countries whose representatives have assumed political sponsorship of a number of individuals sentenced to death take action to prevent this blatant crime?
