Kaveh Mozaffari, one of the detainees, announced in a call with his family that they had been informed of the charges and that a bail of 100 million Tomans had been issued for each of these individuals. However, when the families of these individuals went to the prosecutor's office, they were informed that the case was in the hands of the Ministry of Intelligence and that the prosecutor's office would not accept bail until the case was received.
On the other hand, Jelveh Javaheri and Forough Sami-nia have not had any contact with their families or relatives to this point, and there is no information about their place of detention.

As the 40th anniversary of the November protests in Iran approaches, reports and images published on social media indicate a tight security atmosphere in various cities in Iran. Reports also indicate that officers in Behesht Sakineh, Karaj, have arrested some people and prevented the 40th anniversary of Pouya Bakhtiari from taking place.
The 40th anniversary of the killing of protesters in Iran was celebrated while the Islamic Republic authorities had not allowed the families of the victims to hold the 40th anniversary ceremony, and some of them were arrested, such as members of the family of Pouya Bakhtiari, who had issued a nationwide call for people to attend her 40th anniversary. An 11-year-old child was also among those arrested.
After the arrest of the family members of the murdered young man, US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo strongly condemned the arrest of Pouya Bakhtiari's parents in a message and called for their immediate release.
The memorial ceremony for those killed in Iran was held at a time when the Islamic Republic is still refusing to release the exact number of those killed and arrested in these protests.
This is while the Reuters news agency reported that the death toll in the Iranian protests was 1,500, and quoted three sources close to the leader of the Islamic Republic as saying that Khamenei had ordered government and security officials to do "whatever is necessary" to stop the protests.
Human rights activists called on the permanent members of the Security Council to pass a resolution condemning the repression of the people in Iran as a "crime against humanity."
