Another accusation of war against the swimming champion's arrogance

Engineer Parham Parori, 26, is a swimming champion and coach born in Saqqez. He was arrested during the protests in Tehran and charged with war crimes by the Islamic Republic of Iran's judiciary.

Iranian swimming champion Parham Parry has recently been charged with war crimes. Parham's father released a video announcing the accusations his son has made against him by the Islamic Republic.

Parham was beaten by security forces during his arrest in Tehran, and after informing his family over the phone, the city of Saqqez was shocked by the accusation of war crimes against one of its sports heroes.

According to his father, Parham is the only child in the family who settled in Tehran after completing his education and military service. A few months before the nationwide protests began, Parham was hired by a private company and started working and living there. He has several championship medals and a swimming coaching license.

According to a source close to the Parvari family who told IranWire, authorities initially told Parham's relatives that they could release him on bail. The Parvari family prepared the bail, but ultimately the bail did not result in their son's release.

Although Parham's relatives had spoken with several lawyers to represent him in the case, the court did not allow the family to choose a lawyer and announced that Parham's case would be represented by a hired lawyer. However, there has been no news of Parham meeting with the hired lawyer so far.

Parham's father, in a message, called on domestic and foreign human rights organizations to support his son and prevent the execution of this sentence. Parham's father announced that his son has been detained in ward 209 of Evin Prison for 40 days and that this charge is very serious for his son. Parham's father says that my son is a hero and a well-known coach and this charge does not deserve my only child. Please be his voice and do not allow this sentence to be executed.

Many loved ones have been accused of Moharebeh during the protests against the overthrow of the regime, and none of them have the right to have this sentence carried out, because they were arrested in legitimate self-defense and charged with this crime. According to Parham's father, we should not only be the voice of Parham, but also the voice of all protesters who are arrested for this crime and are waiting for this sentence to be carried out.
