A teacher in Mashhad was summoned on charges of "insulting the leadership"

Mohammad Hossein Sepehri, a teacher living in Mashhad, who recently released a video criticizing the arrest of teachers, workers, and union activists and the torture of Esmaeil Bakhshi, wrote on his personal Twitter that he has been accused by the Khorasan Razavi Administrative Violations Board of First Instance of "participating in an illegal sit-in," "leaving work during official hours," "acts and behavior contrary to professional etiquette," and "insulting the Supreme Leader."
According to this teacher's writing, he had said on social media to the Leader of the Islamic Republic: "Mr. Khamenei, if you have the ability to solve a problem, in the name of God, if you don't, then go do something you are capable of..."
This is despite the fact that the Leader of the Islamic Republic, in his speech in the city of Mashhad at the beginning of 2018, said that in Iran, "there is freedom of expression and people are free to express different opinions."
