Graham's controversial statements against Khamenei and Prince Reza Pahlavi's explicit support for him and Trump's position

In an interview, Lindsey Graham called for decisive action against Ali Khamenei, the leader of the Islamic Republic, and Prince Reza Pahlavi, while supporting him, considered this position a sign of the end of the policy of appeasement.

At the height of Iran's internal crisis and widespread protests, prominent Republican Senator Lindsey Graham, in a controversial interview, strongly attacked the leader of the Islamic Republic, Ali Khamenei, and called for unprecedented action. In the interview, he called Ali Khamenei a "Hitler of the era" and a terrible person, and said to Donald Trump: "If I were you, I would kill the leader of the Islamic Republic."

Senator Graham continued, emphasizing Trump's role in recent developments, saying: "Donald Trump is different from Barack Obama, and Trump has supported the Iranian people better than in the past."

Graham added that this violence and repression in Iran will not only have domestic consequences, but will also have regional consequences. He stated that if the Iranian people triumph over the oppressors, all proxy groups like Hezbollah and Hamas will be eliminated, and Israel and Saudi Arabia will make peace with each other.

At the same time, Prince Reza Pahlavi, a prominent figure opposed to the Islamic Republic, reposted Graham's post, confirming his position and wrote: "Senator Graham is right and Trump is not Barack Obama, and his words in support of the protesters in Iran show this." He emphasized: "Now is the time for action and the president is a man of action and a man of peace."

Prince Reza Pahlavi wrote on his X account that by helping Iranians end this criminal regime, Donald Trump can work to bring about the greatest peace the world has ever seen.

Continuing his message, Prince Reza Pahlavi, while describing the internal situation in Iran, emphasized that the current government "is weak and on the verge of collapse, and the people are ready to overthrow it."

He also added: "The Iranian people do not need a ground military presence, and all they need is action from the leader of the free world."

Prince Reza Pahlavi also said: "Negotiations with this criminal regime, which continues to threaten the United States and the president, will not bring peace, but immediate action to support these brave protesters will save thousands of lives and bring lasting peace to the region."

The remarks come as protests in Iran have become one of the biggest challenges to the Islamic Republic's regime since the 1979 revolution, with reports of severe repression, widespread casualties, and international backlash that have heightened concerns about the United States' role in the region.
