The animated film "The King of Kings," about the life of Jesus Christ, became the highest-grossing film in American cinema history.

The animated film "King of Kings" was produced by the Korean studio "Mofak" and directed by "Jang Seung-ho", and its trailer was released in February 2025. The film tells the story of the life of Jesus Christ, which managed to break the record of the acclaimed film "Parasite", which also won an Oscar.

King of Kings is based on Charles Dickens' The Life of Our Lord, which tells the story of Jesus Christ from birth to resurrection. Oscar Isaac, Pierce Brosnan, Kenneth Branagh, Uma Thurman, and Forest Whitaker are among the famous voice actors in this wonderful work.

 King of Kings opened on April 11th, earning $19 million in its first weekend, making it the second-highest grossing film in North America, and has now grossed $54.7 million. It also had the biggest opening of any religious film in history.
