Returning Gazan workers working in Israel to the Gaza Strip

The Israeli Security Cabinet announced the return of Gazan workers to the Gaza Strip.
The Israeli Security Council issued a statement saying: "Gaza workers who were in Israel on the day the war began will be returned to Gaza. We will sever all ties with Gaza, and there will no longer be any Palestinian workers from Gaza in Israel."
According to the Office for the Coordination of Government Activities in Palestine, Israel had issued work permits to about 18,500 Palestinians from the Gaza Strip, a number estimated by Israeli media at 4,000. The workers had obtained permits to enter and work in Israel before the October 7 Hamas attack on Israel because their income in Israel was higher than working in Gaza.
According to the decisions of the Israeli Security Cabinet, all funds allocated to the Gaza Strip will also be cut. The said funds were paid to terrorists and their families through the budget of the Palestinian Authority, according to the law, and the order to cut them was issued according to a statement issued by the Israeli Security Cabinet.
It should be noted that the Palestinian Authority, based in the West Bank, was established in 1993 as part of the peace agreement between Israel and the Palestine Liberation Organization.
