British government sanctions 5 Iranian officials

The British Foreign Office announced the addition of five Iranian officials to the country's sanctions list.
In recent months, before the UN Security Council held a regular meeting on Resolution 2231, Britain had added thirteen members of various organizations and several Iranian institutions to its sanctions list for human rights violations, and then added the Secretary of the Supreme Council for the Cultural Revolution and the Secretary of the Supreme Council for Cyberspace to the list of sanctioned individuals.
In addition to the British sanctions on various institutions, the Cybersecurity Command of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps is also among the institutions sanctioned by the British government.
Now, in the past few hours, the British government has added five Iranian officials to its sanctions list, namely Ali Salehi, the prosecutor of Tehran, Masoud Dostri, the CEO of Tehran Metro, Alireza Adiani, the head of the political ideology organization of the police force, Ali Akbar Javidan, the commander of the police force of Hormozgan, and Hassan Mofakhmi, the commander of the police force of Mazandaran, for human rights violations.
The British Foreign Office also announced that as a result of these sanctions, the potential assets of these individuals in the UK, the US, and Canada will be frozen, and these individuals will not be allowed to travel to these countries.
