Joe Biden praises St. John the Baptist Church for showing people the power of faith

Joe Biden, while visiting St. John the Baptist Church, praised its role in showing people the power of faith.
During his two-day visit to South Carolina, US President Joe Biden visited St. John the Baptist Church and praised the believers there for having the power of faith and showing it to the people.
He said while attending the church: "If it weren't for the black church to show people the power of faith in an age of darkness and ignorance, the world would be a different place than it is today."
It should be noted that blacks in South Carolina played an important role in the 2020 US presidential election, and their votes in the election contributed greatly to Joe Biden's victory.
Joe Biden, speaking to the participants in the religious service at St. John's Church, noted that churches teach people the power of faith, adding: "Imagine, in the Dark Ages, there were no black churches. What kind of place would the world be without churches?" He concluded by describing the teachings of the black church as a gift to the American people and the world.
But it seems as if the statements made by US President Joe Biden and the Democratic Party were only for the election, and that during his presidency he did not support the church or pass laws against the Christian ideal, and that he only sought to attract black votes for the election. However, it seems that blacks are now less inclined to vote for Joe Biden than in the past presidential elections.
