A society is hellish in which people do not trust their media and press.

Grand Ayatollah Javadi Ameli said in his speech that a society in which people do not trust the media and press is hell.
Grand Ayatollah Javadi Amoli, the Shiite religious authority, said in his meeting with the secretaries of the country's Quran and Itrat centers: "When people in a society do not trust the media, the press, the masses, and their meetings, such a society is a hellish society, not a heavenly society."
According to his statements, in a society where there is backbiting, lying, defaming others, speaking ill of others, and speaking against others, there will be no confidence in society, and such a society is nothing more than a trembling and hellish place.
He also added about the commandment of good, which has become a trend these days in connection with compulsory hijab: "If someone does something wrong, we have a duty to tell them and stop them, and this is a good thing. When we talk to them, whether they accept it or not, we have done our duty and there will be no problem. But if we do not carry out the commandment of good and forbidding evil that is obligatory upon us, it is an evil against an evil! Haram cannot be used to prevent haram, and evil cannot be used to prevent evil. In such a society, people will not trust or be confident in anything, and society will turn into a hell, which is what it has become now."
