The death sentence of the protesters will be carried out.

Mohseni Ejei announced the execution of the protesters' death sentences.

"Gholamhossein Mohseni-Ejei," the head of the judiciary, while announcing the execution of the protesters' death sentences, defended the judiciary's practice of issuing death sentences to protesters and stated: "Those who, due to their actions and crimes, should have been executed or should be executed according to the law, have had their sentences carried out without mercy and, of course, while fully observing the legal standards and justice and fairness."

Mohseni-Ejei's statements regarding the crimes and actions of the protesters were made while there was no solid evidence or proof of their accusations in many of the protesters' cases. In this regard, many lawyers and legal experts also reacted and pointed out many cases that were fabricated and there was no evidence of the accusations made against the protesters, and Mohseni-Ejei spoke of observing the standards of law and justice and fairness in this regard.

It should be noted that the HRANA news agency also published reports this morning on the latest legal status of 25 people arrested in nationwide protests who had been sentenced to death.

According to the "HRANA" news agency, the news organization of the Human Rights Activists' Association in Iran, in recent days, the death sentences of seven protesters have been carried out, and the sentences of ten others have been overturned by the Supreme Court and are under review.

Among the protesters sentenced to death, the death sentence of "Mohammad Ghobadlo" was recently confirmed by Branch 1 of the Supreme Court, and the death sentences of at least 7 other protesters, namely "Mansour Hot", "Nizamuddin Hot", "Ebrahim Naroi", "Abbas (Mojahid) Korkuri", "Shoaib Mirbaluchzehirigi", "Mansour Dehmardeh", and "Kambiz Khrout", were issued in the first instance court and are under review by the judicial authorities.

In addition to the above-mentioned individuals, the death sentences of Reza Aria, Hamid Gharahasanloo, Sahand Noormohammadzadeh, Hossein Mohammadi, Mehdi Mohammadifard, Arshia Takdastan, Javad Roohi, Saman Seydi (Yasin), Mahan Sadrat Marni (Sadrat Madani), and Mohammad Borughni have been overturned at different times and their cases have been referred to the same branch.
