"Isfahan House": The Most Controversial Judicial Case of the Protests

The "Isfahan House" case is one of the most controversial legal cases during the protests.
November 15 was one of the bloodiest days of the nationwide protests. This case concerns the killing of two Basij members and a police officer who were present to suppress protesters in the Naghbani Square in the Khaneh neighborhood of Isfahan.
In this case, three young men named Saleh Mirhashemi, Majid Kazemi, and Saeed Yaqoubi were accused of involvement in the massacre and were sentenced to death by Judge Morteza Barati for the crime of Moharebeh.
According to an eyewitness who recently published it, he says: "That night, I and a few friends joined the protesters in the Khaneh area of Isfahan and were chanting slogans. A group of plainclothes Basij forces on motorcycles approached the people from a side street with the intention of surrounding the protesters. By shouting, we informed the protesters around us of the presence of this group of plainclothes, and I and another group took refuge on the side of the street and the surrounding alleys. From the side of the street, I saw that this group of Basij forces on motorcycles started shooting at the people, without realizing that right in front of them, on the other side of the protesters, there was a group of security forces stationed. I did not see anyone get shot, but at that moment I told my friend who was next to me that they were shooting at their own forces and it was clear that there was no coordination between them. "When I returned home that night, I heard on the news that several members of the repression forces had been killed, and I remembered the scene of the repression forces shooting at each other. I immediately called my friend and he confirmed my thought."
A brave woman recently, regardless of security concerns, revealed all of Judge Barati's private details in a phone call regarding this case, threatening him that when he sentences three innocent young men to death, "Wait until we execute you, your wife, and your children in the same way."
This case continues to make headlines every day, and the Islamic Republic government knows that this massacre was an inside job, but in order to cover up their crimes and lies, they are looking for someone to make them look guilty and execute them. While all three of these young people told Judge Barati in court that their confessions were only obtained under torture and that they were not guilty of anything in this case, Judge Barati issued this sentence without paying attention to their statements.
The Islamic Republic government, regardless of the people's protests, is sending these three young men to solitary confinement, canceling their visits, and is only looking for the nooses that have created fear and terror among the people so that they can stop this uprising.
Young people whose sentences have not even been sent to the Supreme Court for confirmation. Exactly what they did to Majid Reza Rahnavard, executing him without confirming the sentence.
The people of Isfahan and all of Iran announced that they would be the voice of these three young men, one of whom is being sent to solitary confinement every day, and it is unclear what their decision will be regarding this case, which is full of contradictions.
Where will the fate of this case, full of contradictions, end?
