Sepideh Gholian's family gathered in front of the Shusha Courthouse

The family of Sepideh Gholian, a civil rights activist imprisoned in Iran, along with several Haft Tappeh workers, held a protest rally in front of the Shush Courthouse on Monday, March 4.
At this gathering, Sepideh Qolyan's family protested the continued detention of this imprisoned civil activist by holding handwritten notes and demanding her release.
This rally was held at a time when there is no accurate information about Sepideh Qolyan's condition. In recent days, the family of imprisoned labor activist Esmail Bakhshi had also held numerous rallies demanding Mr. Bakhshi's release.
Esmael Bakhshi and Sepideh Qolyan were arrested for the second time on February 1, after they spoke about being tortured during their detention.
Amnesty International had previously warned of the risk of re-torture of Ismail Bakhshi and Sepideh Qolyan.
