Floods caused 5 trillion rials in damage to farmers in southern Kerman

The head of the South Kerman Agricultural Jihad Organization said that the flood caused five trillion rials in damage to farmers in the region, with the largest amount of agricultural damage in southern Kerman occurring in Rudbar County, south of Jazmorian District. According to experts, the largest amount of damage was to agricultural products such as wheat, tomatoes, barley, watermelons, greenhouse crops, vegetables, and summer crops.
He stated: The floods have caused the most damage to the agricultural sector in the cities of Rudbar Junob, Kahnouj, Qaleganj, Faryab, Anbarabad, Jiroft, and Manojan, respectively, and according to initial predictions, more than 10,000 hectares of agricultural land in southern Kerman are surrounded by floods.
