Prince Reza Pahlavi: Iran is our temple and must be rebuilt

In his speech at the Anti-Defamation League, Prince Reza Pahlavi said that Iran is our temple and it must be rebuilt.
Prince Reza Pahlavi, who traveled to Israel with his wife Yasmine to deliver a message of peace, attended the Anti-Defamation League as one of the speakers at the league's national leadership meeting and, referring to his trip to the country, said: "I went to defend my people so that they do not become victims of hatred and prejudice. Because when the baseless hatred of a group is not controlled, it inevitably increases, and this is what has happened in our country, Iran."
He also continued: "Just as Cyrus the Great helped free the Jews from Babylon and rebuild their temple, today my people are in captivity and need solidarity and support. There is a temple that needs to be rebuilt, Iran is our temple. Stand by us."
Calling the Islamic Republic government an "occupier," Prince Pahlavi said: "The spirit of tolerance, friendship, and cooperation is the true representation of the Iranian nation, not the anti-Semitic terrorism and deprivation that the occupying government in Iran represents."
At the end of his speech at the union, he considered Iran's achievement of "secular democracy" a condition for establishing lasting peace in the Middle East.
