Prince Reza Pahlavi: This is not the war of the Iranian people, it is Ali Khamenei's war

Prince Reza Pahlavi said in a speech: "This is not the war of the Iranian people, it is the war of a dictator, Ali Khamenei."

Last night, Prince Pahlavi, while attending the Richard Nixon Foundation's annual "Architect of Peace" award ceremony, said in a speech: "The winds of war are blowing in our region, but this is not the war of the Iranian people, but rather the war of a dictator, Ali Khamenei."

In his speech at the ceremony, he emphasized that the Iranian people seek peace, security, and a future free from tyranny, and continued: "I dedicate this award to the Iranian people, who are the true architects of peace, and I am also grateful to the Nixon Library for standing with the Iranian people now."

Referring to his father's efforts for a free and modern Iran, Reza Pahlavi added: "My father worked tirelessly to build a modern and progressive Iran, to build a country where economic growth, education, and development flourished, just as he and the Iran of his time were pillars of stability in the Middle East. At a time when many world leaders turned their backs on my father, President Nixon stood by him. Also, the greatest endorsement of my father's actions comes not from the government, but from the voices of the ordinary people of Iran. People who are still fighting for a better future today."

Prince Pahlavi also said about his efforts to liberate Iran: "Many friends told me that I would not succeed in the struggle for the liberation of the country because I did not have government support, adequate budget, and an army. But now I have an incredibly brave army consisting of all compatriots throughout the country."
