Nasrollah Fallahi denied medical attention on the pretext of not wearing prison uniform

Prison officials prevented Nasrollah Fallahi from being sent for medical attention on the pretext that he was not wearing prison uniform.
Nasrollah Fallahi, along with her children Arghavan and Ardavan, were arrested by security forces during the nationwide protests of 1401 (2012), and are still being held in Evin Prison in limbo.
Due to Nasrollah Fallahi's numerous illnesses, including digestive problems, joint pain in the back and knees, meniscus injuries, and cataracts, medical attention has been denied to him. It is worth noting that, despite prior appointments to address his problems and send him to the hospital, prison officials prevented his transfer to the hospital on the pretext that Mr. Fallahi was not wearing prison uniform and did not allow him to be sent to the hospital.
After several months of Mr. Fallahi's arrest along with his children, not only have they not been informed of the charges against them, but they are also being held in Evin Prison in poor physical condition and without medical attention.
Many of those arrested during the nationwide protests are still in various prisons, in limbo, nine months after their arrest, without information about the charges against them or the sentences they have been sentenced to.
