IRGC Commander: War in the streets was a global scenario

Hossein Salami, Commander-in-Chief of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps, attributed the nationwide protests to the "enemy," threatened Saudi Arabia, the United States, and Israel with settling scores, and said Trump had formed a command room in the White House to defeat the Iranian nation.
The commander-in-chief of the Revolutionary Guards said at a gathering of supporters of the Iranian government held on Monday afternoon in Tehran's Revolution Square: "Believe me, the war that started in our streets these days was a global scenario. This war is over and you acted carefully. At a time when you should not have joined the enemy's infantry, you nobly separated your ranks, and today, when you should have come to the scene, you came and the enemy collapsed and Islam was revived."
Hossein Salami stated that the “enemy” could not create an incident for months but was waiting: “The enemy even tried to use baby diapers and resorted to diapers to harass the Iranian nation. Gasoline was the excuse and he was looking for Iran’s defeat…”
He linked the US President's absence from the Congressional impeachment hearing to the public demonstrations in recent days, saying: "The enemy's vision was that when he came on the scene, he would set fire to everything... Trump did not come to Congress, he stayed in the White House, and formed a command room to defeat the great nation of Iran."
General Salami threatened that the Islamic Republic would settle accounts with all its enemies and addressed the United States, Britain, Israel, and the Saudi family: "You have experienced us in the field... You have suffered solid slaps and have not been able to respond. The whole world has seen some of these slaps. Some it has not seen. Wait. Cross our red lines and we will destroy you."
In rallies held in various cities in Iran on Monday, participants chanted slogans in support of the Islamic Republic's leader while also opposing "rioters." The Islamic Republic's media and officials have been calling the protesters who have taken to the streets in recent days "rioters."
Previously, the commander of the Basij organization's operations had also described the nationwide protests in Iran as a "full-scale global war" and said: "Only God saved us."
Salar Abnoush stated in a speech on November 20: "A full-scale world war took place against the regime and the revolution, and fortunately its baby died at the moment of birth."
This Basij commander, like the IRGC commander, attributed the presence of people in the streets to a "coalition of devils" and mentioned a "demon concoction" with the participation of Israel, America, and Saudi Arabia.
