Christians, who defend the oppressed, should not consider the IRGC as terrorists.

The Friday Imam of Arak announced that if Christians claim to be defenders of the oppressed, they should not consider the IRGC to be terrorists.

Ayatollah Qorbanali Dari-Najafabadi, Ali Khamenei's representative in Arak, announced: "Placing the IRGC on the terrorist list is far from justice and humanity. Those who claim to be Christians should defend the oppressed, not support global oppression and arrogance."

While serving as the Minister of Intelligence of the Islamic Republic and Attorney General, Dari Najafabadi was placed on the European sanctions list for his involvement in the suppression of protesters in 2009 and for his widespread violation of the rights of Iranian citizens in 2011. He has now reacted to the European Parliament's move to label the Revolutionary Guard Corps as terrorists and raised a number of issues in his speech.

Dari Najafabadi condemned the European Parliament's move to list the IRGC as a terrorist organization and declared: "The IRGC played a role in eliminating ISIS conspiracies and terrorist movements and helped reduce the evil of ISIS from the region and other countries. Therefore, Europeans must bow down to the IRGC."

According to him, the IRGC is a source of honor, pride, and glory for the Islamic Republic of Iran. The formation of the IRGC, army, Faraj, Basij, etc., is one of the greatest achievements of the revolution, because over the past 300 years, parts of Iran have been separated by enemy attacks, but since the formation of the Islamic Revolution, not a single bit of Iranian soil has been in the hands of the enemy.

Dari Najafabadi announced that not a single bit of Iranian soil has been in the hands of the enemy! He is unaware that all of Iran's wealth and natural resources, which are the most important part of Iranian soil, have been plundered and placed in the hands of other countries during this 43-year period. From the elite and brain drain to the export of oil, gas, fresh water and many other of Iran's best that are being sold.

The pallets of gold bars, along with the large number of pallets of dollars that were immediately taken out of Iran during the protests, the elite youth who are in prison, the youth who are unjustly tortured and killed, are the wealth of Iran and a part of Iranian soil that is being destroyed by the criminal Islamic Republic. If this is not Iranian soil, then what is it?

According to Ayatollah Dari Najafabadi, terrorists are people who disrespect and insult sacred places and the Prophet. They are also Western terrorists who support ISIS and terrorism and treat their men and women in the most brutal manner.

It is as if Mr. Najafabadi has not been in Iran during the four months of protests that he is talking about the brutal treatment of Western men and women. If beating children and the elderly, shooting them, torturing them, and hanging them is not an act of terrorism, what can we call it?

Ayatollah Dari-Najafabadi made a good point that Christians should defend the rights of the oppressed, and the European Parliament, which according to Dari-Najafabadi is Christian Westerners, by placing the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps on the list of terrorist organizations, wants to support the oppressed (from children to the elderly) who are unjustly killed or hanged in Iran just for seeking justice.
