Vasily Nebenzia: Israel is an occupier and has no right to defend itself

Vassily Nebenzia, Russia's permanent representative to the United Nations, declared that Israel is an occupier and has no right to defend itself.

According to "Arti Arabi", Vassily Nebenzia, during a speech at the extraordinary session of the UN General Assembly, while supporting Palestine, said: "First, it is necessary to stop the bloodshed and prevent the crisis from spreading to the entire region, otherwise this war will never end."

"We want to allow the mediators to find a diplomatic solution, including the rapid release of prisoners. Sooner or later, this path must be taken. But the question is, how many innocent people will lose their lives in the meantime?"

سخنان نبنزیا در حالی ایراد شد که کشور روسیه در روز گذشته 118 شهر کوچک و روستای اوکراین را در 24 ساعت بمباران کرد. «ایهور کلیمنکو» وزیر کشور اوکراین اظهار کرد که بمباران اوکراین توسط روسیه، شدیدترین بمباران روزانه در سال جاری است. وی اعلام کرد که 10 منطقه از 27 منطقه اوکراین، زیر آتش‌بار قرار گرفت و این حملات باعث مرگ و جراحات بسیاری شد.

Now, Vasily, the Russian official, has declared regarding Hamas' surprise attack on Israel that started the war: "Israel has no right to defend itself in the current conflict, because it is an occupier."

واسیلی نبنزیا ضمن متهم کردن سازمان ملل مبنی بر اینکه سازمان ملل حق ندارد به اسرائیل برای عملیات زمینی در غزه اختیار تام دهد، افزود: «هدف همتایان آمریکایی ما، تنها منحرف کردن توجه‌ها از شکست‌های سیاسی‌ خود و سرزنش ایران و حزب‌الله در همه مشکلات نیست، بلکه ماموریتشان تلاش برای سوق دادن شورای امنیت به مشروعیت بخشی  به عملیات زمینی اسرائیل در غزه است. مانند آنچه در تجاوز به لیبی در سال 2011 شاهد بودیم. شورای امنیت حق ندارد چنین اختیاری به اسرائیل بدهد.»
