Workers from Kot Abdullah Municipality of Ahvaz gathered in front of the Khuzestan Governorate

A group of workers from the Kot Abdullah Municipality of Ahvaz held a protest rally in front of the Khuzestan Governorate building.
IRNA news agency reported on Monday, June 4, that about 60 green space and administrative workers from the Kot Abdullah municipality held a protest rally in front of the Khuzestan governor's office building for the umpteenth time in a row over the non-payment of their arrears.
According to one of the protesting workers, about 250 green space workers and 90 administrative officers of the Kot Abdullah municipality are protesting the non-payment of their salaries for April, May of this year, and March of last year.

This is not the first time that these workers have held a protest rally. In April of this year, a group of municipal workers emptied the collected garbage in front of the Kot Abdullah Municipality in protest of the non-payment of their demands.
