Expansion of truckers' strike

The truckers' strike spread from the day the call was announced until last night (Wednesday, December 29).

Following nationwide protests that many truck drivers had gone on strike in various cities in support of, the number of truck drivers joining the nationwide strikes increased during the Iranian people's call for this week, which coincides with the arrival of the Truth and Reconciliation Committee in Iran.

The strike of truck drivers in various trades, as well as tanker drivers, began on December 25, and according to recently published public reports, truck drivers from the cities of Marivan, Bandar Abbas, Isfahan, Qazvin, Kermanshah, Sanandaj, Nasim Shahr (Tehran), Shiraz Refinery, Hamedan (Asadabad), Bushehr, Shahreza, Kashan, Ahvaz, Mahshahr, and Marand also joined the strikers.

The message of the Iranian people to our dear truck drivers is this: You, dear and hardworking truck drivers, have won half of the victory for Iran with this great work you have done. With this action, the country's economy will break, and the leaders of the country, who are all about money, will be scared and leave. We ask other dear truck drivers and tanker drivers to continue these strikes until the liberation of Iran and the overthrow of the Islamic Republic regime, and to stand by the Iranian people. Iran's victory is near, and the Islamic Republic regime is a few steps away from collapse.

When will the countdown to the victory of the popular revolution and the fall of the Islamic Republic regime reach zero?
