Fariborz Karamizand and Shahram Sabzevari's conversation about the events in Iran

Fariborz Karamizand and Shahram Sabzevari talk about the events in Iran and offer solutions to the Iranian people.
First Lieutenant Fariborz Karamizand worked as an intelligence police officer in Tehran. During the protests of January 2017, after witnessing police corruption, he disobeyed orders and left the country. Now, with the knowledge he has, he is helping protesters from abroad.
Shahram Sabzevari was also a security officer in the Intelligence Protection Department of the Islamic Republic Army who was forced to leave the country illegally and declare asylum in another country in late 2014 after the government of the Islamic Republic did not accept his resignation.
Now, the conversations of these two experts revolve around Iranian issues and they want to help the Iranian people with their common views on overthrowing the Islamic Republic regime.
A summary of his speech is as follows: "Regarding calls, it can be said that consecutive calls without planning not only do not solve any problems, but also only cause frustration. Calls must be held in a principled and purposeful manner. Calls for silence have practically been of no use so far and have caused the protests to subside. The revolution must be daily and continuous."
This uprising is not called a protest, but a revolution, and a way must be found to overthrow it. There are no limits to action against the Islamic Republic, every action must be taken to harm the Islamic Republic because the goal is to overthrow the system.
There are forces that have supported and accompanied the government until the last moment, but it should be noted that there have also been a large number of internal defections within the police force and the IRGC. They are now under great pressure from their families and relatives, as well as society.
Many doctors do not accept military insurance cards (except for the military code), pharmacies do not give them medicine, and they are even pressured by local stores. All of these issues cause them to collapse, become frustrated, and become exhausted.
Another point is that when you go to the streets and block them, you should also block the sidewalks so that the security motorbikes cannot move. The most terrifying places for the security forces are places where objects are thrown at them from inside the houses. The Islamic Republic will go with the unity of the million-strong population. The Islamic Republic will not give up power unless a unity is formed between inside and outside the country. There is a need for different working groups that will speed up the process of the revolution. A popular revolution will never progress in silence.
Another issue is the IRGC coup. A military force carries out a coup when it does not have the resources and wants to acquire them. But when they have the financial resources, they will not do this, and if this happens, a military conflict will occur between the army and the IRGC. So the strikes should be more serious. People should start with less important offices and centers and occupy them.
Measures must also be taken to shut down transportation. Bus and taxi terminals, BRT lines, metro lines, etc., which are the gray and conservative strata, will join the revolution when it becomes impossible for them to continue their normal lives.
It should be noted that the change in the police force commander, which was made using a burned nut, indicates that there is a way for them to be represented and there is turmoil within the system.
Fariborz Karami also wrote on his Instagram page that the Islamic Republic government is very afraid of even holding the first stage of the entrance exam. They have estimated that given the simultaneous and widespread nature of the exam across the country, the young average age, and the presence of most families with their children, if any action is taken against the regime, it will be difficult to control.
To what extent can these solutions be effective in overthrowing the Islamic Republic regime?
