Prince’s Fateful Message to the People Following the Start of Direct War Between Israel and America Against Iran

Prince Reza Pahlavi released a message addressed to the Iranian nation moments after Israel’s direct attack in the past hour against Iran.

This morning, in a development that many regard as a turning point in regional equations, direct war between Israel and the United States of America against Iran commenced; attacks accompanied by explosions in Tehran and several other cities that rapidly transformed the nation’s security environment.

Israeli officials announced the beginning of a “broad and targeted operation” against the Islamic Republic’s military and security structures, and American sources have also confirmed Washington’s participation in these attacks. Simultaneously, Iran’s airspace was closed, communications in some areas experienced disruptions, and the capital’s atmosphere took on an alert status.

These developments occur as in recent months, discussions of negotiations and behind-the-scenes bargaining between Tehran and Washington were underway; negotiations that have now practically reached a deadlock under the shadow of smoke and fire.

Following the start of the attacks, Prince Reza Pahlavi published a message addressed to the Iranian people, describing the current developments as “fateful moments” and emphasized the necessity of preparedness for a decisive phase.

The full text of his message is as follows:

“My dear compatriots, fateful moments lie ahead of us.

The assistance that the President of the United States promised to the brave people of Iran has now arrived. This is a humanitarian intervention and its target is the Islamic Republic, the apparatus of repression and its killing machine; not the great nation and people of Iran.

However, despite the arrival of this assistance, ultimate victory will still be decided by us. It is we, the people of Iran, who will complete the task in this final battle. The time to return to the streets is near.

Now that the Islamic Republic is collapsing, my message to the military, police, and security forces of the nation is clear: you have sworn to be the guardians of Iran and the Iranian people, not the guardians of the Islamic Republic and its leaders. Your duty is to defend the people, not to defend a regime that through repression and crime has held our homeland hostage. Join the people and help bring about a stable and secure transition. Otherwise, you will perish with Khamenei’s sinking ship and his regime.”

Reza Pahlavi also released a message addressed to Donald Trump, President of the United States, saying: “The noble people of Iran, despite the brutal repression and killing of this regime, stood courageously for nearly two months. Now I ask you to exercise the utmost care to preserve the lives of civilians and my compatriots. The Iranian people are the natural allies of you and the free world, and will not forget your assistance during the most difficult period of contemporary Iranian history.”

He continued his remarks addressed to the Iranian people as follows:

“To you, my dear compatriots in Iran,

In these sensitive hours and days, more than ever before, we must remain focused on our ultimate objective: reclaiming Iran.

I urge you to remain in your homes for now and preserve your peace and security. Be alert and prepared so that at the appropriate time, which I will inform you of precisely, you return to the streets for final action.

Follow my messages through social media and satellite news outlets. If disruptions occur in the internet and satellite, I will remain in contact with you through radio waves.

We are very close to ultimate victory. I want to be with you as soon as possible so that together we can reclaim and rebuild Iran.

Long live Iran,”

The dawn attacks and the political messages that followed demonstrate that the nation has entered an unprecedented phase of external confrontation and internal crisis. The principal question now is whether the ruling structure has the capacity to contain this simultaneous external and internal pressure, or whether Iran stands on the threshold of fundamental change.

What is certain is that this morning’s dawn was not merely the beginning of a military operation, but the beginning of a new chapter in the struggle over Iran’s future.
